You will experience some amount of blood discharge at this time because of a sudden drop in estrogen level. This type of vaginal bleeding is accompanied by cramps and pain in the abdominal region.
Menopause symptoms can cause spotting in between periods. This is also called the impending menopause because the ovarian activity and menstruation bleeding has stopped, but the vagina is still discharging blood.
