Yes, you tested too early. Wait to see if you will miss your next period. Take the test at least seven days after you’ve missed your period.
Hi ! I had ‘ intercourse ‘ about a month again, now I say ‘ intercourse ‘ because I don’t really think it counted. My boyfriend rubbed his penis against my vagina ( he said he checked if there wasn’t any precum on the tip ) without wearing a condom, he didn’t ejaculate before that, at that time I was also on my period, things got weird.. Anyways, I took a morning after pill two days after that ( ellaone ) being the paranoid I am. With all that going on, how big is the chance of me being pregnant ? I’m pretty scared considering I’m quite young & absolutely not ready for kids. I’m asking this because my period is two days late but I think it’s pretty irregular anyways..
Hi Dodie, don’t worry. The chances of pregnancy here are almost zero. I think you must have get your period by now anyway.
hi dodie I’ve had the same “intercourse” where he just rubbed his penis against my vagina but hardly any cum got on me. I’m about 5-6 days late, we’ve never had actual vaginal intercourse ever. I’m kinda paranoid just the fact that I’m late 🙁 I’m usually regular but sometimes this happens where I’m 2 weeks late, any help?
Hi Angel, if you have an irregular period it’s normal to be a few days late but just to be sure I reccomend taking a pregnancy test, especially if your period is more than 5 days late. Just know that the chances of you being pregnant is fairly small. (:
Yup, I took two tests just to be sure too and they were both negative ( I took the second one a week after the first one ) I guess I was just being a bit paranoid. Thanks for your reply !
Hi guys, I had intercourse two months ago,and got my period last month, but this month I’m past my due time for my period, I haven’t had intercourse since then, I havnt lost weight or done anything differently…it’s almost 40 days now and am still waiting for it…I know I am not pregnant, but I dont know what’s wrong, I haven’t been feeling different either.
Your period may be late for different reasons including stress, fatigue or hormone related issues. You need to consult your doctor to confirm what is happening with you.

I am 21-year-old girl who got married to a 32-year-old guy on 10th March. We did not have a proper intercourse as I was having lots of pain so he did not penetrate me. My last period was on March 14 and during my periods we tried sex and he did insert half way. On March 24 he ejaculated a bit inside me but was halfway. After that we did not have sex as both of us got an infection. He was taking medicine and doc told him not to have sex. I did not take any medication but a week back my husband took me to a gynaecologist as I had said that I only had a discharge for a day. My gynaecologist gave me medicine for infection. Now my periods haven’t come this month so can I be pregnant as today the gynaecologist did a urine test which came positive. Am I pregnant or is it early to confirm?
On the hormonal levels are high enough, it will trigger a positive response on a pregnancy test. It is highly likely that you’re pregnant. You can take another test if you wish but the results may be the same.
Your doctor did a pregnancy test that came back positive then you’re pregnant.

You can get the most accurate result if you wait at least one week after missing your period. In addition, the result might be even more accurate if the test is done first in the morning as the urine is far more concentrated at this time.

Once the test is positive then you’re pregnant. You may try another brand if you wish just to confirm. If that test is also positive, you will need to start seeing an Obgyn.
